2.1 Ownership: Whatever you create that you put onto Wordcradle is entirely your own. Wordcradle and the content that we specifically put on it, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that Wordcradle and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Wordcradle platform.
2.2 Licensing of Your Content: By uploading, posting, or sharing content on Wordcradle, you grant Wordcradle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content on Wordcradle. This license is solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving Wordcradle and its services. Wordcradle will not sell your content to third parties without your explicit consent.
2.3 Responsibility for Your Content: You are solely responsible for the content you create, publish, or transmit through Wordcradle. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post your content on Wordcradle and grant the aforementioned license. You also agree that Wordcradle does not endorse any content submitted by users and shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or infringements in such content.
2.4 Compliance with Copyright Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable copyright laws and refrain from uploading or sharing content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such third-party sites and services. Your interaction with any third-party website or service is solely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wordcradle and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Wordcradle. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content on Wordcradle.
